Budweiser has been involved in various motorsports racing for many years, including some Ferrari racing sponsorships in the past. They are one of the biggest NASCAR sponsors along with the likes of Home Depot, Coca Cola, McDonalds and many others. They even have their own annual invitational called the Budweiser Shootout at the Daytona International Speedway which has been going since 1979.

In 1989, the Budweiser racing team won two victories at the Pocono Raceway and Talladega Supserspeedway.

In 1998, the Budweiser team used #50 for the season in honor of NASCAR’s 50th anniversary.
In 2002, Dale Earnhardt Jr. ended up winning both races at Talladega Superspeedway.
In 2006, Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the #8 Chevrolet finished fifth for the overall season with a victory at the Richmond International Raceway, 10 top-5s, and 17 top-10 finishes.
In 2008, Kasey Kahne joined the Budweiser Racing team in the #9 Dodge.
Budweiser racing jackets tend to reflect red which is one of the colors of Budweiser beer logo. However, there are Budweiser jackets predominantly in black.
